This role is responsible for executing high-level AR operational activities and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our systems and processes.
Your responsibilities include SME leadership, operational execution, process improvement, credit & data management, project coordination, training & mentorship, and stakeholder communication.
You will be responsible for maintaining technical excellence and driving regional process harmonization while supporting the resolution of gaps found during project rollouts.
