Job Summary
The Community Employment Program Manager position manages various components of a comprehensive community employment program designed to enable intellectually and/or physically disabled individuals to make the transition from a community program to competitive employment.
Primary duties involve ensuring appropriate vocational assessments and employment opportunities are provided to persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities living at Murdoch Developmental Center.
This position is administratively responsible for the Campus Work Program, Supported Employment Program, and the Soap Packaging and Laundry Program, including supervision of staff and serving as a member of the management team.
