  • The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
  • This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting in communication between employees, residents, families, and government agencies.
  • The Activity Assistant helps develop monthly activity calendars, maintains attendance records, assists with quality assurance, and supports resident transportation and discharge planning.
