Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting in communication between employees, residents, families, and government agencies.
The Activity Assistant helps develop monthly activity calendars, maintains attendance records, assists with quality assurance, and supports resident transportation and discharge planning.
