** PACS Group is seeking a remote Marketing Director to oversee and enhance the facility's public relations and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a background in healthcare marketing or public relations, along with strong communication and organizational skills. **

Job Summary

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities in order to maintain and increase our census and to provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, and practices.
  • Develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the release of information concerning the residents, employees, and/or the facility in accordance with current Privacy Rules and Regulations.
  • Prepare a departmental operating budget for approval by the Administrator and allocate the resources to carry out programs and activities of the facility.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Five (5) years experience in marketing/public relations in a health care setting
