Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervisors and the Director of Nursing Services.
  • You will accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications commonly used in the facility while following established nursing standards and facility policies.
  • You are expected to maintain confidentiality of all resident care information, participate in quality assurance and facility committees, and cooperate with authorized government surveys and inspections.
