Must-have
Civil Engineering or Architecture degree
Project leadership in construction sites
Safety norms and legal compliance knowledge
Technical report and photo documentation skills
Operational spreadsheet control proficiency
Multidisciplinary team supervision experience
Construction pathology identification ability
Nice-to-have
PMP certification or equivalent
Advanced MS Project and Primavera skills
Facilities management system experience
Sustainability and environmental certification knowledge
Corporate large-scale project experience
Contract administration expertise
Key Requirements
Higher education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
Experience as a project leader coordinating and monitoring construction works
Solid knowledge of labor safety norms and legal compliance
Certification in PMP or Project Management preferred
