Job Summary
The Director contributes to the strategic development and professional enrichment of employed and/or leased Advanced Practice Professional staff within the division of Patient Care Services.
This role requires active engagement in behaviors that support the development of patient-focused service lines and collaboration with hospital Medical Directors to set operational strategies.
The position involves developing annual operational and capital budgets while ensuring Magnet requirements are consistently met through quality improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid Ohio driver's license required
Master's Degree in Nursing required
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure
Five to seven years healthcare management experience
Pediatric health care background preferred
Nice-to-have
Doctor of Nursing or PhD in Nursing preferred
Experience with EPIC implementation projects
Magnet status compliance knowledge
Shared governance culture development
Evidence-based practice promotion skills
Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Nursing (PhD/Doctorate preferred)
Registered Nurse license in State of Ohio
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in State of Ohio
5-7 years progressively responsible healthcare management experience
Background in advanced practice nursing and pediatric care
