Ramboll is seeking a Lead Engineer for their Energy from Waste division in Chennai, India. The role requires a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in Thermal Power Plants or Waste-to-Energy projects, focusing on civil and structural design, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and project management
Job Summary
Your primary role will be to support our global operations in preparation of Civil related work in Feasibility study to project implementation phase.
You will join our Ramboll Energy from Waste and Carbon Capture Team and will be working with a motivated, engaged and inclusive team of professionals.
Ability to guide and lead a civil engineering team, including checking drawings and mentoring engineers and draftspersons.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
15 years of experience with minimum 10 years in Thermal Power Plants, Waste-to-Energy, or similar
EPC exposure
Hands-on experience using structural design software (STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, RCDC, or equivalent)
