The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and end-of-life care while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of PCC resident information system
Experience with ADL assistance and hygiene care
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills for reporting changes
Ability to create a warm and positive atmosphere
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Willingness to work second shift hours
Attention to detail in documentation and records
Key Requirements
