Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the critical process of industrializing the flagship product and driving the operational efficiency of the supply chain, encompassing leadership of both Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Procurement functions.
Primary responsibilities include driving product industrialization, managing manufacturing engineering activities such as DFMA reviews and tooling procurement, and leading operational procurement and supply management to ensure timely delivery of components.
The position requires direct management of a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, quality, and collaboration, and setting clear objectives and KPIs for the team.
