Operate bulldozer, grader, backhoe, loader
Assemble trench-shoring systems and scaffolding
Implement work zone traffic control
Maintain, clean, and lubricate equipment
Operate jackhammer and pavement breaker

Assist with utility line removal
Act as confined space coordinator
Detect unusual conditions and needed repairs
Key Requirements
1 to 3 years of effective experience
Pennsylvania Commercial Driver's License Class A
NCCCO Certified RIG-1 and Signalperson certification within 6 months
Valid driver’s license and successful completion of motor vehicle records check
Subject to DOT testing for alcohol and controlled substances
