Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising the activities of one or more departments to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
Project work will focus on continuous process improvement, cost reduction, new machine installation/development, and improvement of operational efficiency, housekeeping, safety and Quality/ISO initiatives.
Administers direct supervisory responsibilities for manufacturing personnel, including selection, hiring, training, performance evaluation, corrective action, promotional recommendations and work schedules.
