Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) expertise
Learning & Development (L&D) functional area
Design, develop, and maintain software applications
Automate routine operational tasks
Develop and maintain monitoring tools
Respond to and resolve incidents promptly
Develop and implement unit tests
Nice-to-have
Experience with validated GxP systems
Experience with Workday, Sum Total, Cornerstone
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Key Requirements
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree
5 to 9 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience
Strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies in the Human Resources – Learning & Development area
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as SDLC, Agile, and/or Scrum
Experience providing technical assistance and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets
Work on integrating with other systems and platforms
