Job Summary
The Wisconsin Parts Value Stream Leader is responsible for the overall performance and execution of the Wisconsin Parts Value Streams, including inside sales, technical clarification, rapid and quote response (procurement), operations (inventory, receiving, pick/pack/ship), and all functions supporting both domestic and international customer requests and shipments.
This leader serves as a highly engaged coach and mentor who drives continuous improvement while fostering a One-Team-One-Goal culture.
The role is accountable for achieving and exceeding operational, financial, and growth objectives while delivering exceptional customer experience.
