Job Summary
The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable the Group’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
You will be responsible for conducting fair, impartial and timely investigations and culture reviews with sensitivity and professionalism; and in accordance with best practice and SpeakUP’s processes (which include participant support processes).

Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in law or relevant field (preferred)
7+ years' experience in workplace investigations, litigation, culture reviews
Experience with Australia’s corporate statutory whistleblower regime
Experience in risk, compliance, HR, legal, or internal investigations teams
Experience dealing with complex matters across employment law
