Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years relevant Employee Relations/Investigations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of labor laws
  • PHR or SHRM – CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Multi-state experience preferred
  • Workday experience is a plus
