Key Requirements
Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance
Capital Investment Project management experience
ONC / HNC or equivalent in Building Engineering Services design
Building Engineering Services Refurbishment experience
Professional membership (CIBSE, IMechE, IET)
Skilled in IT tools (SharePoint / MS Project / G suite preferred)
