Key Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years facility related experience
  • managerial and supervisory experience
  • knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
  • Universal Technician certification for CFCs preferred
  • Operating Engineers license preferred
  • authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
