• This position has mastered all duties of the Specimen Processing Technician II and involves highly self-directed work, potentially including client communications, internal training, and problem-solving for special accounts and compliance.
• The role requires strong proficiency in test ordering policy, specimen requirements, accuracy, and production standards, with involvement in complex processing such as Microbiology, Frozen splits, Send outs, Cytology, and handling irreplaceable specimens.
