Job Summary

  • The Associate Vice President of Finance is responsible for all aspects of Fairfield Prep’s financial activities and oversees facilities, operations, human resources, and technology infrastructure.
  • This role serves as a member of the President’s senior leadership team and interfaces regularly with the university’s CFO and Finance Division as well as Prep’s Board of Governors and Finance Committee.
  • The position requires dedication to the Jesuit, Catholic mission and values, promoting a courteous image, and participating in the growth and development of Fairfield Prep.

Key Requirements

  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • 5+ years financial leadership experience
