Job Summary

  • The Quality Director is responsible for ensuring excellence in Quality, Compliance and GMP at our MHRA-licensed pharmaceutical manufacturing site, ensuring full compliance with UK/ EU GMP requirements.
  • The role holds strategic and operational accountability for Quality Assurance and Quality Control, and ensures that all medicinal products are manufactured, tested, and released in accordance with UK/EU legislation, GMP requirements, and the conditions of relevant Marketing Authorisations.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related discipline
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality
  • Proven expertise in batch certification and regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of EU/UK GMP, ICH guidelines, MHRA expectations
  • Fully Qualified Person (QP) under UK legislation
  • Proven experience managing MHRA inspections
