Job Summary

  • Under the responsibility of your future Manager, your missions will be to work on different kitchen stations (hot and cold) and to be in charge of the preparation of dishes.
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of dishes from the menu, respecting hygiene and safety standards, and managing stocks and orders.
  • We are looking for a savoir-être, with ideal training in hospitality or experience in gastronomy, and knowledge of HACCP.
