Job Summary

  • The Workday Technical Lead directly supports the IT HR Product Team and is primarily responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Workday integrations across all IT and business systems.
  • This role will act in a technical lead capacity and will be responsible from driving the evaluation of new and existing systems to determine integration requirements and provide solutions utilizing services, workflows, and tools that align to enterprise strategies and adhere to architectural principles and best practices.

  • 12+ years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple integration areas: Workday Studio, Orchestration, Connectors, EIBs/iLoad solutions and Payroll Integrations (PECI)
  • Experience building Workday Extend Applications
  • Prior experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment
  • Understanding of global HR landscape as well as HR functions
  • Experience with full system integration testing and HR systems release cycles
