The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating AI-driven user experiences, particularly in conversation design, and will work within a collaborative environment to shape innovative customer interactions
Job Summary
Design how AI systems behave in real user interactions, including response patterns, follow-up strategies, clarification, and recovery.
Operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments, particularly where AI capabilities and constraints are still evolving.
