The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The role involves performing routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems, and grounds, as well as reporting accidents and equipment malfunctions promptly.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident care information and coordinate maintenance activities with nursing services to ensure resident comfort and convenience.
