The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with experience in quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and excellent communication skills. **

Job Summary

  • Driving the quality of product and process through the implementation of Continual Improvement tools and initiatives by using effective methodology (Lean Sigma, etc), and make sure the product output is meeting Baker Hughes specifications and customer requirements.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing quality improvement by liaising with cross functional team to provide high quality standard of products and processes.

Key Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas manufacturing industry
  • degree in engineering or similar technical discipline
  • understand technical specifications, drawings, Oil and Gas manufacturing process
  • well understanding in continuous improvement concept and problem-solving methodology
  • well versed in QMS standard ISO 9001 and API Q1
  • excellent communication and influencing skills
  • strong leadership skill and risk-based thinking
  • work in tight deadlines and high-level attention of details
