Must-have

  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree required
  • Four years business office administration experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology required
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Proficient keyboard and telephone etiquette skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with EPIC system
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Registration billing or scheduling in healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree qualification
  • General knowledge of office machines

Key Requirements
