Job Summary

• The Project Lead will provide overall strategic and programmatic leadership for the Care Coordination Model (CCM), responsible for driving end-to-end execution, including ecosystem development, partner engagement, and alignment with government priorities.
• The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in digital health and public systems.
• The position will be based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, supporting the Government of Odisha's vision to strengthen state-level health systems.

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Management, Public Policy, Health Informatics, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in digital health, public health, consulting, or large-scale government programs
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Prior experience working with state or national government stakeholders in leadership roles
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large scale projects, preferably in ABDM, digital health or IT implementation
