Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, perform professional nursing services, and monitor resident conditions to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation initiatives, and collaborate with physicians and other departments to meet resident needs.
