Job Summary

  • The Event Representative will be responsible for monitoring events and ensuring that the guests have an enjoyable experience while maintaining the policies and guidelines of Oakland and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any front-of-house situations within an assigned area, handling complaints, disturbances, or related problems with guests and staff.
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team by communicating with and directing guests during a facility emergency.
