The main function of the role is to tactically develop and implement the ACF strategy, manage and supervise ACF Program investigations and activities in the designated geographic region.
Responsibilities include intelligence assessment, case selection, the management and oversight of anti-counterfeit investigations (online and offline), proactive investigation case management, to include the development and implementation of innovative approaches and investigative strategies to meet business needs.
The role ensures the protection of the company’s intellectual property, brand integrity, and consumer trust by identifying, investigating, and mitigating counterfeit activities.
