Job Summary
Work closely with the TD Prime Client Services team and/or the Clients in communicating Unmatched trades and/or Failing trades.
Monitor several Middleware applications to ensure timely and accurate trade and allocation processing.
Act as the first line of defense for transaction reporting by managing controls and oversight metrics to show trends and anomalies that require further root cause analysis and remediation, and escalation of such items.
