Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly answering resident calls.
Staff are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident protected health information and immediately report any suspected violations or unauthorized disclosures.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete accurate documentation on notes and incident reports
