Key Requirements
Bachelor or BEngTech in Marine Engineering
BEng or BSc in engineering
3–7 years of proven experience in MRO, refit projects, or conversion projects
Proven experience in technical proposal, tendering, or project engineering roles
Experience estimating costs, labor, materials, lead times, and risks
