AIA is seeking a Senior Manager for its Customer Marketing Department, responsible for brand management, public relations, and customer experience optimization. Job Summary

  • As the primary responsible person and liaison for branch brand operations, customer planning, and value mining, you will be responsible for local brand public relations operations, driving localized public welfare and brand activities, reputation risk management and training, and strengthening AIA's brand awareness, reputation, and differentiation in the local market to support business development and expansion.
  • In terms of customer planning, you will extract local market intelligence and customer insights, deeply mine customer value, coordinate the optimization of the branch's customer experience journey, plan and promote customer platforms and activities, and fully leverage the role of 'customer acquisition - customer retention - customer engagement - conversion' to promote channel business development and achieve win-win synergy.
  • You will be responsible for managing the implementation of headquarters' sponsored and public welfare resources, ensuring the smooth implementation of public welfare activities in the local area, establishing and maintaining good relationships with relevant parties in all sectors of the local society, including media, government, and social organizations, to effectively showcase AIA's social responsibility and enhance brand image.
