Responsibilities will include all move related activity in the assigned region along with management of select projects such as restacks, VP Office relocations, AV improvements, FM/Engineering repairs and upgrades, interior fitouts, and minor renovations.

Manage project related issues
Single point of contact for moves
Develop relocation project plans
Manage move labor and vendors
Coordinate sub-contractors and vendors
Track project performance against schedules

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptable and agile to client changes
Key Requirements
3 - 4 years of facility, project or construction experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Google/Project Management Applications
Ability to prepare and track budgets
Ability to lead meetings and communicate actively
