Job Summary

• Primarily responsible for setting up and operating equipment used in the process of disassembly, packing or further processing of poultry.
• Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulation.
• Adhere to safe work practices, policies and procedures, maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality; report any condition or practice that may adversely affect food safety, food quality and/or personnel safety.
