Must-have
10+ years cybersecurity experience
5+ years leading security teams
U.S. Federal government program management
NIST RMF and SP 800-53 knowledge
FISMA and FedRAMP compliance expertise
Security authorization and ATO processes
Zero Trust architecture implementation
Nice-to-have
TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance
Master's degree in Cybersecurity
Experience with DoD or Intelligence Community
Proposal development and RFP responses
Nation-state threat intelligence background
Strong communication with non-technical audiences
Key Requirements
10+ years progressive cybersecurity experience
5+ years leading security teams or programs
In-depth knowledge of NIST frameworks
Proven experience with FISMA/FedRAMP compliance
Ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance
U.S. citizenship required for contract eligibility
