The TEL US HR Technology team seeks an HR Data Analyst to advise HR Leaders through data-based insights and compelling storytelling to achieve business objectives and people priorities.
In this strategic role, you will partner with HR CoE Leaders to understand business and people priorities, discovering ways to measure and analyze their big bets related to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, & Total Rewards priorities.
Responsibilities include designing analytical approaches, delivering research and findings using data, visualizations, and storytelling, and translating findings into succinct, actionable business insights.

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting

Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field
5+ years applied work experience solving business problems with analytical methods for Human Resources
