The Engineering Technical Authority AIN Lead provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Building Automation Systems (BAS) capability within Global Engineering.
This role leads a centralized automation development capability responsible for advancing BAS engineering standards, enabling standardized automation architectures, and supporting BAS implementations across engineering projects and facility operations.
The Associate Director partners closely with engineering, facilities, digital technology, and 3rd party provider teams to ensure BAS solutions are scalable, standardized, and aligned with global engineering strategies while supporting reliable and efficient facility operations across the network.
