Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years hands-on MBSE and Digital Engineering
  • Proficiency with Cameo Systems Modeler or Sparx EA
  • Experience developing architecture using SysML and UML
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering
  • Direct experience supporting USTRANSCOM programs
  • Familiarity with digital twin and AI/ML integration
  • Experience extending MBSE tools via scripting
  • Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and DevSecOps

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required
  • 7+ years experience in federal or DoD IT programs
