Job Summary

  • This position demonstrates advanced knowledge of entry writing, classifying according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participating in government agencies clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations, and Customs regulations.
  • Responsibilities include preparing customs entries, following up on the clearance process, communicating documentation discrepancies, coordinating freight delivery, and resolving finance and accounting reconciliation issues.
  • Requires a weekend work schedule on a department rotation basis and holiday schedule based on the needs of the operation and account requirements.
