Job Summary
Support the Strategy and Corporate Development team in asset purchase and rotation processes, as well as in the preparation of internal analyses and reports.
Perform financial and investment analyses for business opportunity evaluation, identify potential collaboration opportunities, and participate in the negotiation and structuring of corporate agreements.
Collaborate in the definition and execution of the asset rotation plan and in Due Diligence processes in coordination with various departments.
