  • The Patient Access Team Lead is responsible to accurately collect and analyze all required demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data elements necessary to register patients.
  • The incumbent is responsible to monitor work flow and ensure effective and efficient operations including minimizing patient wait times and adherence with department productivity standards.
