Job Summary
The Utilities, Facilities, Energy & Environment Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and strategic development of all plant utilities, energy systems, environmental compliance, and facilities infrastructure.
This role is essential for supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations, safeguarding infrastructure integrity, and driving sustainability and cost-reduction initiatives across the plant.
The position requires strong leadership and team-management capabilities, the ability to supervise diverse technical teams and contractors, and solid competency in planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
