Job Summary

  • Act as main customer service contact for hospitals, wholesalers, payers, and the 3PL provider; support deliveries and handle operational/administrative claims.
  • Manage sales orders in ERP: validate orders, apply correct pricing, track backorders, ensure accurate delivery & billing, prepare credit/debit notes.
  • Prepare financial and compliance reports (Tax Authority invoice reporting, Intrastat, Environmental Fee, internal controls).

Key Requirements
