Key Requirements
Currently pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree
Expected graduation in 2027 preferred
Strong Excel skills required
Experience interpreting operational data
Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods
Comfortable working on production floor
Good verbal and written communication
Previous internship or relevant experience preferred
