The Assistant/Associate Dean provides leadership, advocacy and support for students, faculty, and staff with respect to issues of substance use disorders, recovery and substance-free status.

Key Requirements
Master's degree or comparable experience
5+ years advisor/academic administrator experience (Grade 11)
PhD or terminal degree preferred (Grade 12)
7+ years advisor/academic administrator experience (Grade 12)
3+ years substance use disorder recovery counseling/programming (Grade 12)
Experience in academic program administration
Experience counseling in non-clinical settings
Experience programming in substance use disorder recovery
