The Marketing & Business Development, Proposal and Presentation Manager is responsible for providing business pursuit support for brokers by coordinating and implementing proposal strategies that maximize “wins” and drive continuous improvements to JLL’s pitch and proposal process.
This role will manage a team of sales enablement professionals who are aligned with the business.

Base: 95,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay

Key Requirements
Minimum of 7+ years applicable experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
