  • The registered professional nurse is responsible for utilizing job skills to effectively carry out the nursing process: including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, evaluation, documentation and time management.
  • A Registered Nurse II (RN II) is responsible for the care of the population they are assigned and must complete yearly mandatory competencies and unit specific competencies.
